Our olives are often cured for nearly half a year to ensure our quality as opposed to lye-cured olives, which are often cured in a couple weeks. In addition, our olives grown in the Sacramento valley, a climate incredibly suitable for olive growth.WCP is a bulk supplier, so that we can reduce the expensive nature of our products by supplying in large quantities.
