Wingking Group (China) Limited, with the headquarter in Hong Kong, is a comprehensive group company which has eight fully-invested and stock-owned companies and five factories in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shunde, and Wuhan in Mainland China. Its products cover automobile electrics, computer spare parts, digital products, GPRS, security products, and office furniture.

In August, 2002, Wingking Group (China) Ltd. owned the stock of Bilifeng Car Electronics Co., Ltd., which was a subordinate enterprise of CATIC, and changed its name to Dehang Car Electronics Co., Ltd., which devotes itself in the development and production of car audio.

In December, 2004, King Global Furniture Co., Ltd. was founded, which is in charge of the export and sales of furniture.

In June, 2005, a Shenzhen branch in charge of the export of car electronics, computer spare parts, and electronic components was founded.

In March, 2006, Shenzhen Ouer Tech Co., Ltd. was founded, which is an agent and mainly in charge of sales of electronic components and IC.
