Bat Trang is a traditional ceramics village of Vietnam dated back in the 14th century. Products made in Bat Trang are not only diversified in design and pattern but also in varnish and decoration. Skilled craftsmen and laborers are very keen on using the varnish for each type of products making them vivid and attractive to customers. Therefore, Bat Trang ceramics have attracted attention from Chinese merchants since the 14-15th century. They have been successful in merchandising Bat Trang ceramics to many parts of the world.


Worldgems is one of the ceramics companies based in Bat Trang Village. It specializes in making ceramics for household appliances and handicraft for export.
