Our main production facilities are two 50-ton ultra-high-power electric furnaces, one 50-ton LF fining furnace and one 50-ton VD fining furnace, four 1-10 ton electroslag furnaces, three 5-ton electro-hydraulic hammers, one 8MN fast forging machine, one 16MN fast forging machine, one 45MN fast forging machine,one 60MN hydraulic machine and other mechanical processing machines. The test equipments mainly include large direct reading spectrograph made in Switzerland, flaw detector and other equipments.
We mainly manufacture forgings in accordance with AISI, SAE, ASTM, and DIN standards or according to your order, also we could produce rollers,shafts and bars which single weight would reach 40 tons.
