Wuxi Jiahong (WXJH) began PVC granulation in 1988, 2-16V-107 parallel double-screw extrusive granulation production lines, introducing from BattenFeld in Germany, to produce granules used for mineral water bottles, and small barrels containing edible oil. Yield at that time was 15 tons per day. With the development of market, Wuxi Jiahong Plastic Factory gradually, for meeting customers� demand, provide PVC mixtures. Our 4 PVC granulation production lines yield around 1, 000 tons granules per month. The transparent granules are enough in types to meet all PVC projects. They can be processed in many ways such as: extrusion-blowing, injection-pull-blowing, injection, extrusion, co-extrusion, inflation-film, and rolling. Other types of granules include: a) UPVC injection granules, b) UPVC extrusion and co-extrusion granules, c) ABS/PVC modified granules, d) NBR/PVC modified granules, and e) PVC high-temperature modified alloy granules. WXJH is one of the earliest manufacturers of hard transparent granules in China Mainland, brand of whose products is �Jinghu�. WXJH enjoys reputation, possesses great capacity of customization, and provides timely technique service. In additional to tests required by China Government {such as those for physical performances, health indexes, and ISO-9000 quality certification}, tests required by customers, relating to technological performances, can be fulfilled (such as SGS, ROHS, ASTM, UV, UL, and EN).
