  by sales subsidiaries in Shenzhen and Hong Kong China.

We are all set to launch internet radios, internet juke boxes, wireless internet
  radios, IP switching gatways in June, 2001.
  Also expected to be completed in the second half of the year is our
  CDMA wireles web camera while our new digital audio broadcasting
  solution will be completed by the thrid quarter of 2002. As we strive to become
