Xiamen Genghua Buliding Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in1971, originally affiliated to the Ministry of Ordnance Industry,and was moved in 1984, from Qingliu County , Sanming City to TonganDistrict, Xiamen City for the civilian production; It is formallynamed Government-owned Yinhua Machinery Factory. In 1989, movementof the whole factory was finished, and on April 9th, Xiamen YinhuaMachinery Factory was named. In 1998, the fatory belonged to XGMAGroup, in May 2006, its assets Xiamen Genghua Building Machinery Co., Ltdre placed under CCRE Group Co.,Ltd., and it became a member of CCRE Group.
