XinKai International is direct to sellers/seller mandates. All LOI&＃039;s/ICPO&＃039;s submitted must be addressed to the seller/seller mandate with banking information and permission for a soft probe. Buyer mandate must produce their letter of authority from the buyer and be able to make decisions and sign documents for the buyer. A Letter of Introduction is available that outlines the seller/seller mandate procedures. Before any sensitive documents are exchanged, an NCNDA must be signed with all concerned.
