Xinrui Machinery & Electronic Co., Ltds bikes have its own superiority owing to most parts of the bikes are made by ourselves, such as the frame, the engine and the cylinder. We make the cylinder by numerical control process. The clutch we used is Taiwan material, which is wearable and with a good starting ability. The material of the frame is high-stress steel tube. We have two kinds of engines: air-cooled and water-cooled. For the water-cooled one, we have done the bench test about the engine. We also do some thermo-shock test and cylinder fuel-cut test. So the water in the radiator will not boil even if the oil is used out. The cylinder and the crank shaft work stably.
