Xuan Thanh Cement Plant is located in Thanh Nghi commune, Thanh Liem district, Ha Nam province. Xuan Thanh Cement JSC cement production is facilitated thanks to the adjacent resources of abundant high-quality limestone and the resources of clay which is only 5km far from the factory. With the one-kilometer distance from National Highway 1A and Day River running along the length of the factory, Xuan Thanh Cement factory enjoys favorable natural conditions for our products to be distributed national wide both by road and by waterway. Our cement manufacturing technology is designed for dry method process with the modern system of clinker kilns and Canxino5-stage preheaters. This synchronized, highly automated and centralized production line promises high quality products with low fuel and power consumption. The modern automatic control system DCS which is capable of automatically controlling and managing is provided by SIEMENS from Federal Republic of Germany. Thanks to the DSC system, the whole production process is operated in a prompt and accurate way for the stability of high-quality products. Along with that, our factory is also equipped with European-standard labs and Swiss X-ray analyzer for the rapidity and precision of input material analysis and quality monitoring.
