Easy to use control panel is operator friendly and require very little training.

Firstly, Y2 design the safety for an operator.
It is easy to maintenance and esay to operator machine.
This model has equipped the economic tooling and easy tooling changing.

The machine equips a storage box and it can keep up to 500pcs for diameter 35mm sleeve tube, so one operator could load the tube into the storage box and it can handle up to 3 machines.
It is competitive to save the labor cost and effective to the production line.

There is an orientation system for I-mark so it can apply the orientation tube for oval tube and etc.

Basically, It makes orifice by cutting machine.
Optionlly, This model can equip the drilling machine or safety seal unit.
Specially, The drilling system can makes perfect & precise orifice.

RIH series consist 4 station with 4 mandrel each sector.
There are loading, injection,cutting & unloading.


RIH series makes various shape of Tube Head and it makes perfect and beauty surface.
It can apply many application as round tube, oval tube, super oval, nozzle tip, rectangle shape, slanted tip, twist off and etc.
