At Aristeleon Yamolas Bros believe that olives need to be cultivated and harvested in the most traditional of ways in order to produce the highest and purest quality olive oil. For this reason we collaborate with the smaller growers found in Peloponnese who for centuries have been tending their olive trees just as they were cared for by their ancestors. Aristeleon prides itself in being a small family run affair. We spend much of our time sourcing our oil from the smaller farmers because we are only interested in the best oil found in Greece. Working closely with these smaller growers, we inspect the farms and evaluate each one, testing the oils constantly to ensure the quality always remains at the purest level. Our company name is derived from two ancient Greek words Ariston (Αριστον) which translated means &＃039;perfect&＃039; and Eleon (Ελαιον) which is Greek for &＃039;Oil&＃039;. We combine our experience and ancient traditions, working in close harmony with growers in Peloponesse, to produce the finest and purest olive oil in the land.
