Yenigun Washers Manufacturing &marketting Co. manufacture custom built stamping parts through our clients CAD drawings with the manufacturing power of our more than 40 metal stamping machines. Our stamping parts portfolio consists of customized stamping parts, Cold and Hot steel formatting, welding parts. YENIGUN WASHERS is a Washer manufacturing company in Istanbul / Turkey established in early 1970;s. Over the past 35 years, YENIGUN WASHERS have developped expertise in the manufacturing of washers. Equipped with recent technology manufacturing equipment and over 70 skilled workmanship , YENIGUN WASHERS have succeded to enlarge our capacity to 500.000 Washer / day and guarantee its leadership position in Turkey. YENIGUN WASHER is capable of manufacturing all type of washers, including spring , dome, flat, oval, tongued and lugged washers at required hardness in accordance with DIN / EN norms , ASTM / ANSI standarts or as per the spesific requirements of the client. In order to document its concept of high quality manufacture, YENIGUN RONDELA have obtained ISO9001:2000 certification , in addition to TSE (Turkish Standardization Institute ) and TSEK ( Turkish Standardization of Quality ) Certificates.
