Yingkou Yinglong Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Liaoing Yinzhu Chem-Tex Group Co., Ltd specialized on PA66 manufacturing and the biggest production base of PA 66 textile fibers by a seashore in Liaoning China. YL has two continuous polymerizing lines and direct high speed spinning machines with 14, 000tons of annual capacity, out of which, 6, 000tons of PA66 resin chips, and fYingkou Yinglong Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd indirect screw extrusion spinning machines, which make our production more flexible and meet the market demand better. YL’s three main series of products are BR, SD and FD, which all include the following varieties: PA66 DTY、FDY and PA 66 resin chips with the brands of YINGLONG, ECLON and BRITELON. Out of which, the differential fibers, such as, high added value SD and FD fine-count multi-filament and BR low tenacity fiber occupies 45% of the total output. The company has been focusing on technical modification and development of diversified products. It has successfully developed new products, such as, multi-functional fibers and anti-bacterial fibers, etc. YL successfully developed PA 66 FD products, which is independent technology right, catch the pace of international leading level and make up the gap in this field. At present, the fully independent technology property right has been applied for state patent and awarded Blue Ribbon of Science & Technology Progress 2005 in Yingkou. YL&＃039;s products are applied in many fields. Its textile yarn is applied for manufacturing top grade apparel fabric, lingeries, swimwear, hosiery & socks and silk, etc; its industrial yarn is for producing yarns for boxes & bags, fishing net thread, tyre cord and locking belt, etc. For textile yarns products, our company developed PA66 FD products, which totally have independent patent.
