York Importers Inc.-Turkey established as Livinglass Import and Export Co. in 2003 and we are a member of York Importers-USA. Some of the items we export are as follows; First of all, we offer unique hand-made glassware gifts such as animals (cats,pigs etc.) and certain characters (e.g. Santa Claus and its deers, Pink Panther etc.).This type of hand-made craftsmanship is so unique that there is only one master craftsman in whole Istanbul (Istanbul&＃39;s population is 17 Million!). So we supply only limited amount of hand-made glassware gifts but they are simply the best and most unique giftware you can ever find. Second, we offer unique hand-made decorative aromatic soaps which are peculiar to Turkey and these soaps look and smell like the fruit they are shaped in, these soaps were used to be used by women in Hareem of Ottoman Sultans. Thirdly, we offer pipes made out of meerschaum which is also peculiar to Turkey, best quality meerschaum is found in Eskisehir-Turkey and its hand-made craftsmanship is being made by people of Eskisehir for centuries. And we offer unique hand-made dolls of Edirne-Turkey which single doll is made with cooperative work of 10 persons, these dolls are hand-made both with folkloric and daily garment(height:30cm), their garment include all kinds of detail and hand-made with needlework. None of these dolls have a second similar doll since they are hand-made,they all have different characters. We also offer hand-made traditional Turkish scarfs and decorative embroidery work for dinner tables, sideboards.
