PROCEDURES

1)   Seller issue the soft offer to the Buyer;
2)   Buyer issues ICPO to the Seller, with full banking information than the Seller authorizes to his bank to make inquiry of the Buyer? solvency concerned the proposed transaction and to inform the Seller and to give necessary information;
3)   Seller issues the FCO to the Buyer;
4)   Buyer returns signed FCO within 48 hours with BCL;
5)   Seller sends Contract to the Buyer;
6)   Buyer signs & seals Contract and returns to the Seller, Seller signs & seal Contract end returned Contract, blocked in PDF, to the Buyer;
7)   Both parties lodge Contracts in their respective Banks;
8)   Within Ten (10) working days of receiving the final Hard Contract copies, the Buyer will
     issue the Non Operative IN-T SBLC in favor of the Seller;
9)   Within Ten (10) working days following receipt of the Non Operative Financial Instruments,
the Seller will post the 2% Performance Bond for the monthly shipment value and will provide Proof of Product to the Buyer which will active the Buyer? Letter Credit automatically.
10)   Delivery commences as per scheduled deliveries mutually defined and agreed.

ATTENTION: 1. THE PB WILL BE ADJUST BY BUYER'S FAVOR. 2. AFTER CONTRACT, TEH SELLER WILL SHOW BUYER THE POP FORM ON THE BANK LEVEL OR THE TTM.3. BCL, PLEASE PROVIDE. BUT THE PRICE ALSO WILL BE ADJUSTED.
