We are a regional wholesaler ?distributor, which is going to act the area of whole Poland and broaden our offer with new products in the nearest future.
On the beginning of our co-operation we would like to receive a tentative consignment of goods, in order to collect information about potential demand. We are interested CR-39 lens (nd-1.499, 1.56 and higher).

1. Are you factory or trade company?
2. Have you got CE and ISO?
3. We would like to place my trade mark on the envelope?is it possible and could you includes this in the price.
4. Could you give me the price list for all products?
5. Do you have someone distributor on polish market?
6. Could you draw up the FORM A for us?
