Quality Control System

1, All products are fully implemented CAD computer aided design.
2, All production process are all made of 6 s management.
3, Parts from processing to assemble between each working procedure are specially equipped with turnover box, realize the parts not fall to the ground in the whole process.
4, Filling valve, screw cap and other major parts are machined on CNC lathe and machining center, ensure the assembly precision and parts clean
5, Products matching parts adopt world famous and domestic famous brand products.
6, All single machine can be allowed to leave factory before delivery by passing 80 hours continuous operation and inspection qualified.

After-sales Service System

Personnel training

Directs the technical and quality training are free provided to the employees of customers. The training includes equipment structure and maintenance, equipment control and operation etc;
Training in the buyer's site with practice. Our company will appoint qualified technical personnel to guide, and to develop appropriate training syllabus;
Through training, buyer's technical personnel should be able to master the operation and repair skills, skillfully adjusting process, and deal with the fault in time.

Quality Assurance

1, Our company ensure that the goods are brand new, unused, the latest design and suitable materials, and in accordance with the quality, specifications and performance as stipulated in the contract and in the aspects of technology;

2, We ensure that after the correct guide installation, debugging in the whole system of feeding operation within 3 days, the equipment reaches the product of the technical performance indicators.

3, Our company make sure that in the quality assurance period, we would in charge of any defect, fault and damage to the production line due to defects of product design, technology, manufacturing, debugging or material defects etc which because of the seller's liability to the production line;

4, The warranty period is 12 months after the final-acceptance. For example, in the quality guarantee period, when the goods aren't up to specification stated in the contract, there is also a penalty for poor quality, the buyer shall have the right to lodge claim base on inspection certificate issued by legal department.

5, Our company guarantee the product consumption indexes on the mechanical properties of the equipment, and the quality of the products.

Equipment warranty

1, After equipment was accepted, we provide 12 months of warranty, 24 months of warranty of the control system, and we will provide spare parts and timely and effective services for users free of charge in this period.

2, if repair service required, we will appoint specialized technicians to serve in your place in 48 hours(force majeure excepted )

3, After the warranty period, Our Company will provide extensive lifelong favorable technical support and adequate spare parts supply.
