In 2004 Caldeira Ltd formed Caldeira China Ltd which is known locally as Hao Sheng Textiles. The ISO9001 company based in the Hangzhou area of Eastern China, is growing rapidly and supplies markets on every continent and retailers in over 20 countries worldwide.Hao Sheng Textiles, owned by Caldeira Ltd, opened a purpose built complex, comprising of factory, warehousing, offices, showrooms and staff facilities. To accommodate further growth, the complex was extended to 250,000 sq feet in 2010.

In 2007 Caldeira Ltd formed a US subsidiary, Caldeira USA Inc. The company has offices and showrooms at 261 Fifth Ave in New York City and the US team sell both UK and Chinese manufactured products directly to leading American volume retailers.

In 2008 Caldeira Retail Ltd purchased 14 Fabric Warehouse stores from administrators. Most of the stores are located in the South of England and sell a huge range of fabrics and home textile products. The stores average around 10,000 sq ft of retail space each and trade 7 days a week.
