Zhejiang Jinlihua electric company limited .It was founded in April , 2003. and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in April 2010.which is the only listed company in glass insulator industry of China. Zhejiang Jinlihua Electric Co., Ltd focus on the research of technologies in manufacturing the new high strength functional glass , and development, production and sales of insulation for HV and EHV transmission and transformation line and provide the relative technical support for our client .Our products including 4 series(standard, ant-fog , air dynamic and ground ), we have 30 types and 70 specifications, with the applied voltage level from 10kv to 1000kv. Through constant technological innovation , we have developed several technologies in insulation material�glass insulator manufacture and design , we has participated in the construction of 160 of national key project together with 500kV and above transmission line . We are one of the few company in China which have the mature technologies in manufacturing both AC and DC glass insulators. In Sep, 2007. it took the lead to pass the Technical Appraisal of 530(550)KN glass insulator used for 1000kV AC transmission line and been identified as international advanced level by China power enterprise Associations . this product has been listed in year 2007 national important new products plan. also, On Sep9th, 2008, it was honoured as High Technology Enterprise in new material manufacture field In Nov., 2008, we have been approved as the "National Torch Project year 2008-2009" by the National Science Department. In Dec, 2008 we also been rewarded as "Provincial Hi--tech Enterprise Researching Center In Dec, 2008 and passed the reexamination In 2011, in the meantime, we got the Technical Appraisal for ±800 AC type glass insulator by China Electricity Council and identified as the international advanced product and listed as national torch plan project. We have established a full set of quality management system, According to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system. besides, it has built a technology inspection center to satisfied all kind of tests requirments. The facilities are lightning impulse generator, 500kv power-frequency transformer, air-forced dry convection oven , universal testing machine and so on.In the specific situation, lightning impulse withstand voltage test , dry and wet power-frequency voltage test, power-frequency impulse withstand voltage test , Ion mobility test , electrical volume resistivity test, thermal shock test , mechanical failing load test , radio interference test , visual corona test , steep wave front test and others , all above tests can be performed in our laboratory . In addition, We have bulit computer control center and video surveillance system to control the combustion and temperature of furnace, machine speed, machine hand and process of the production line. to enhance the effective detection rate of the products , and ensure the product&＃039;s stability and traceability .
