The company is re-formed by home appliance division of China Lonsid Electric Co., Ltd. in Dec. 2009. The register capital is 66.2 million RMB.

In 2001, the first set of hanging water dispenser was produced successfully in Lonsid. Ten years of development laid Lonsid established the leading position in water home appliance industry.
