Zhejiang Mould Factory is a professional injection plastic mould manufacturer with over 30 years experience. Zhejiang Mould Factory one of the biggest and old-line companies for plastic injection moulds in China. There are 265 staffs in our company, with 35 R&D persons, 20 quality controllers. We have Personnel department, Technical department, R&D department, Quality control department, Production department. Our products range from auto parts moulds, motorcycle parts moulds, injection daily plastic moulds, household plastic moulds, and plastic packing moulds, thin wall moulds and so on, especially for design and manufacture daily plastic mould and packing series moulds. We have introduced over 100 sets advanced equipment from USA, Europe, Japan, Taiwan and Germany. They are CAD/CAE/CAM systems, CNC machines, EDM, 250T Die and spotting Press, 60~20000g series of injection machines, deep hole drilling, high precision carve, 3 coordinates measuring machines and so on. We have a great capacity to make large-size, precision molds weighing up to 50 tons and providing the customers with service such as developing new set products and produce both moulds and plastic parts. We have got a lot of prize, passed ISO9001, TS 16949 and CCC authentifications. We can design 3D drawings according to customers�¢?? demand or their production capacity.
