Zhejiang The Light Of Heaven-Earth Battery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating research, development, production and sale of lead-crystal batteries.

Zhejiang The Light Of Heaven-Earth Battery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 and is located in the suburb of Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.

We invested 20 million Chinese Yuan in the first phase of the project.

Our factory covers an area of 3.5 hectares with the main building covering 20,000 square meters. We employ more than 250 workers at present.

Besides our Headquarters, a R&D center and production facilities in Huzhou, our company also has another production base in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, with a slightly smaller scale. We mainly manufacture power systems.

At present, our annual production capacity is 2 million lead-crystal batteries and we hope to double this within the next financial year.

Since 2006, our company has passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification and CE certification and passed National Transportation Safety Detection of chemicals. Our product quality has been recognized at home and abroad by a number of testing departments. We have applied for UL Certification.

By the rapid development of market, our batteries are applied in transportation, telecommunications, electric power, military, marine, aviation, commercial facilities, and people's livelihood.

Due to the inherent structural characteristics, the traditional lead-acid batteries have inevitably many defects: plate sulfate, active material loss, dehydration, serious acid pollution, short cycle life, poor low/High temperature characteristics and poor transport safety.

In order to overcome the structural defects in lead-acid batteries, others use gel electrolyte batteries instead. Although gel electrolyte batteries have achieved progress of reducing the acid mist, water loss rate, self-discharge rate, and improving the discharge capacity, but also have brought a series of new problems, such as poor ability of the electrode gel penetration, weak capacity of AGM separator match and slow electrode reaction.

In order to overcome the fundamental shortcomings of the above-mentioned two batteries, our company uses a special new way, and five of our own proprietary technologies,

1. Silica crystalline state electrolyte and its preparation method

2. The irrigation fluid device and its battery plus liquid method

3. Battery terminals connected protective devices

4. Batteries with liquid shunt valves

5. Battery boxes and crystallization liquid

With these technologies, we successfully developed the lead-crystal batteries (range of batteries). This became the ideal replacements of lead-acid and gel batteries.

As a result of self-designed SiO2 cleaning composite electrolyte to replace conventional sulfuric acid solution, as well as a number of unique advanced technologies, our lead-crystal batteries have many excellent properties, such as long life span, good high/low temperature, environment protection, and stable working ability.

Lead crystal cell technology has filled the technology blank in China, and is also standing at an advanced level in the international community.

At present, by virtue of many excellent properties, our lead-crystal battery has been selling in the majority of provinces and municipalities in China, and has successfully entered the Southeast Asian, African, Middle East, European and other international markets. Our products are widely used in solar and wind energy systems as storage, UPS power supplies, power plants backup systems, electric trains, electric vehicles, electric scooters and other fields.

These environmentally-friendly products are rapidly moving in to all areas of the consumer's life, and have been accepted by an increasing number of institutions and individuals.
