our company  have self-forging flange factory,  with a 3500mm CNC grinding Ring Machine, 1500T press, 0.075T, 0.25T, 0.56T, 1T air hammer 10 sets, computer ultrasonic flaw detector, material testing machine, Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, Leeb hardness machine, the company is also equipped with physical and chemical room..We also have other metal processing equipment and 224 sets of corresponding inspection measuring and test equipment.Hence, we can annually produce more than 4,000 metric tons of finished flanges and 1700 metric tons ring forging
More than 2,000 different items of products can be divided into such three major categories as stainless steel flanges, carbon steel flanges and alloy steel. We produce flanges according to the JIS, EN,DIN, BS and ASME standards, or as per customers' specifications.
