TINPLATE
Electrolytic Tinplate (ETP) consists of cold-rolled sheet steel (black plate steel) with a thickness 0.14~0.50 mm. Zhengzhou Jianye Material Assets Co., Ltd. import TMBP from JFE steel in Japan and tin plating on the surface of TMBP by ourself, then cuting sheets and strips base on client's requirements. Tinplate owes its name to an ultra-thin coating of tin which imparts a whitish gloss to the material. This coating is electrolytically applied and protects the material from corrosion.

TIN FREE STEEL
Electrolytic Chromium Coated Steel (ECCS), also known as Tin Free Steel (SPTFS) is a cold-rolled sheet steel (black plate steel) product which has been coated with metallic chrome oxide by electrolytic deposition. ECCS / TFS is only available with one standard coating which is equal on both sides.

TFS are most frequently used for can tops, bottle caps, screw and lug caps, snap and press-on closures and shallow-drawn food cans.
