The company, dominating by XGK series rolling mill technology, which is invented by Mr. Zheng Hongzhuan and has gained over 21 items of patent protection rights in 62 countries and regions in the world, specializes in engineering design of �cold and hot rolling strip steel�, development and transfer of rolling technology, design and manufacture of XGK series patent rolling technology and its rolling production line equipment and precise cold and hot rolling strip products, etc. At present, XGK rolling mill technology, which is advanced in some fields in the world, has developed to the sixth generation. The company has established long-term friendly relationship of cooperation in over 30 higher schools, such as science and technology with University of Science and Technology Beijing, Wuhan University of Science & Technology, Beijing Steel Research Institute, Tsinghua University, Henan Metallurgy Design Institute, America Morgan Company, America Estun Company, Germany EMG Company, Italy Ansaldo Company, Anshan lron & steel Group, China First Heavy Industries, China Second Heavy Industries, Luoyang Mining Machinery Manufactory, Taiyuan Mining Machinery Manufactory, Shanxi Calendering Equipment Manufactory, which provides powerful technical backing and strong development impetus for the implementation of the project. XGK rolling mill began to research in 1987 with nearly 20 years history. It began to declare patent in 1989, and 94 patents have been declared in 62 countries and regions and 21 patents for invention have been authorized currently in America, Japan, Germany, Italy, Korea and France, etc. Others are in trial. In Jan., 2005, the international patent of XGK Rolling Mill support roller unit won a gold medal of Utica World Invention; in May, 2005, complete equipments on production line of XGK-LD1400 twenty-high rolling mill precision strip steel were listed in National Key Torch Program Project, and certificate have issued to them; in May, 2006, international patent of two dimension control bending rolling mill won a gold medal of the ninth patent golden prize issued by World Intellectual Property Organization and State Intellectual Property Office.
