Zhengzhou Zhenzhong Fused Zirconia Co. Ltd. was founded in 1987, located in Henan P.R. Zhengzhou Zhenzhong Fused New Material Co., possesses the subordinate workshops of materials processing, batching & moulding, firing, cold working and testing center, more than 200 sets of batching, mixing, vibrating, cutting, milling, drilling, pressing machine. The self-contained testing center is capable of chemical analysis, physical characteristic testing, developing and research of new products and it is also in charge of the quality control of whole producing processing. The functions are helpful not only in controlling the production effectively, but also improving the quality of products to satisfy customers. Our company has been focusing on the development, production and research of electro-fused zirconia corundum and material products. We currently own nine national inventive patents. We have two specialized production departments: Electrocast Brick and Eletrocast Materials The Department of Electrocast Bricks is the backbone of the company. It is one of the leading manufacturers of refractory material for glass furnaces. It is capable of research, producing and developing in this field. Our equipments are well maintained and advanced, making us one of the very few companies in China that offers the most varieties of products in this area. Our main products include oxidation method produced 33#, 36# and 41# electro-fused zirconia corundum, fused α - β alumina refractory products and β alumina refractory products. Our products strictly match the JC493-2000 Quality Standards that was put forward by the Federal Research Bureau of Building Materials. Our company has cooling process that is capable of cutting, milling and drilling…etc, and large sized assembly platform, offering our clients whole sets or whole furnace assembly. We&＃039;ve passed the selective inspection of the FRBBM Refractory Material Inspection Centre, and were given Certificate of Outstanding Quality. The Department of Electrocast Zirconia Material is another important part of our company. It is specialized in Electro-Fused zirconia and its composite materials. Its electro-fused zirconia material products are protected by our inventional patents, and was recognized as new advanced products. Products like Electro-fused Desilicon Zirconium are national firsts. Not only it filled the blank in domestic market, it can also replace the imported products.
