Chemical fiber polyester&Polyamide filament production line in Zhuji XinsiZhuji Xinsiwei Fiber Co., Ltd.i Fiber C.,ltd is established in 2008. Its production line currently can make an annual output of 20,000 tons of polyester/polyamide.First one is polyester/ Poyamide filament yarn in POY,DTY and high-elstical polyester with super softness and color fastnebss:70D-200D fine denier filament polyester/Polyamide and 70D-200D dope dyed polyester.Second line is covering yarn for knitting , including: 2040,2050,2070,20100,20140,3070,2075,3075 in Polyamide and polyester.Third line is fancy yarn for knitting,such as Feather yarn, Chenille yarn, Centipede yarns, from 4.5S/1-16S/1 in polyester or Nylon or mixed , special fleece and spotted yarn, blended.This project adopts the most advanced equiment, the main equipment includes: screw extruder,spining system, the benzene system and winding system, PET chip conveying system, crystallizing and drying system,as well as after spining equiment, such as texturing machinem setting machine, winding machine, air covering machine.Our polyester prodcuts are mainly sold to the domestic market, which is marketable in the socks industry production enterprises and raw materials market at local.Since 2013, our company starts to adjust the product structure to upgrade production lines. We expand the production capacity of dope dyed and fine soft polyester and reduced the production capacity for raw and white color polyester which is lower in margins accordingly.The new launched dope dyed and super soft polyster( SOFTMAX polyester ) has great and obvious advantages in elasticity, color fastnenss, softness, environmental protection and other aspeects.High quality and the competitive price make the SOFTMAX polyester most acceptable by the market and be a kind of main raw material once it was launched.The current annual sales of SOFTMAX polyster has reached more than ten thousand tons,and our company has become one of the biggest supplier on this kind of products in the world.Our exporting business to Thailand,Vietnam, Egypt,Pakistan,India,Mexico, Argentina,Brazil get starts from 2014,more markets abroad is expanded with the brand in popularity and good feedback.
