Zibo Zhongtou International Trading Company , one of the biggest corn deep processing enterprises in China, not only a trader but also manufacturer, Zibo Zhongtou International Trading Company Limited manufacturer was founded in 2005 and formally put into production in 2006. The company covers an area of more than 1000mu and has over 800 employees, fixed assets of RMB1billion and a gross investment of RMB1.5billion. Since its establishment, the company has achieved four great science and technology achievements, won eleven patents (including three invention patents ) and one key science and technology project, was certified to ISO9001, ISO22000, ISO14004 and other in 2008.
The first main products are corn starch, modified starch, corn gluten meal, corn fiber feed, corn steepwater, corn germ, etc., with an annual processing capacity of over 600,000 tons. It has introduced core equipment from Westfalia, as well as first-rate equipment in China, which contribute to advanced and reasonable production process, and the advanced closed-loop production process makes the deep step development for corns possible, getting over 99% raw material utilization and over 98% overall yield of products, with quality of starch taking lead across the country.
The second main products of the company are anhydrous glucose and dextrose monohydrate. The annual processing capacity of anhydrous glucose is 150000 tons and the annual capacity of dextrose monohydrate is 200000 tons. Glucose production used the world first-class craft, the configuration of the international first-class advanced equipment, do the low energy consumption, high quality. Equipment has the United States membrane filtration, MVR + waste heat evaporation, GEA cook sugar and drying technology, Germany import pump, Sweden board change, Taiwan cooling tower. The quality of glucose meet the Chinese pharmacopoeia , British pharmacopoeia, the United States pharmacopoeia requirement.
The third main products of our company is Xanthan Gum and L-Threonine. About Xanthan Gum we have 3grades of this product: Food Grade, Oil Drilling Grade and Industrial Grade.
