Upasana Choudhary – an alumnus from National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai, has propelled and nurtured her vision in creating the poZul Creationsrful yet elegant woman and gallant yet brawny man She specializes in traditional Indian craftsmanship meeting up market urban style. She started her career with Purple Creations (which is a kids wear company in domestic market), assisted Mumbai based Fashion Designer Nikasha Tawade, freelanced for a Women’s wear brand Ishwarh, Zoom fabrics and also to add up designed for a short movie “Out Cry”. After working under the guidance of some of industries eminent and experienced professionals, she launches her own label “ZUL” by Upasana Choudhary in 2008 as she felt the time is finally right to pursue her dream of being a designer with her own label. The “ZUL” label is catering to both the sexes striving to create clothes which speak of dedication to the client’s needs, embellishments which are classic yet experimentive and it also aims at creating a timeless and extremely personal wardrobe. CLIENTELE She basically cater to upper middle and higher class and ranging the outfits from sarees, traditional salwar kameez, angrakhas to western dresses, tops and gowns in Woman’s wear. And for Menswear ranging from traditional wear including sherwanis, jodhpuris and fusion jackets with strong patterning and embellishments. She also specializes in bridal trousseau.
