    Heavy casting parts: equipped with 50t and 30t high impedance electric arc furnace, 60tLFV and 40t LFV double working position of the refining furnace and 90t and 60t vacuum ingot casting equipment that can produce 200t castings and 100t forging steel ingot. Also equipped with 4-5M?M-12M gas fired heat treatment furnace that can produce relative heat treatment process of castings.

??Heavy forging parts: equipped with 80/72MN hydraulic forging press and 1250KN/300KNM hydraulic forging operation machine with relative lifting equipment, heating furnace and heat treating furnace, that can provide products like rolls, cylinders forgings, gears and shafts, turbine shafts, rotors, petrochemical flanges, and three-henselae forgings.

??Welding parts: equipped with 6?8M CNC flame cutting machine and other equipments like submerged-arc welding, electroslag welding that can provide welding parts below 60t, and can take postweld treatment according to the customer?s requirements.
