ABOUT US
With a total area of 14,000 sq. m (4,500 sq. m. closed area), a capacity of milk processing of 70-100 tons per day (depending upon the season), a managerial staff of 11, 54 workers and 17 delivery cars, the factory is the most advanced in terms of technology, performance, reliability, consistency, hygiene and safety in comparison with all others in Cyprus.
 
 
PRODUCTS
Gulgun Dairies offer wide variety of products; Milk, Yoghurt, Ayran, Cyprus Halloumi Cheese, Turkish Cheddar Cheese, Fetta Cheese, Anari Cheese, Braided Cheese, String Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Curd and Butter.Cyprus Halloumi Cheese consists of blend of fresh cow's, goat's & sheep's milk, non-animal rennet and salt packed invacuumed packs of about 250 gr. net wt; min. fat in dry matter is 43%, max. humidity is 48% with a shelf-life of 1 year.
 
 
QUALITY
Quality is the most important factor for our business. Hence, we follow strict quality standards starting from the very first stage of production of our products until they reach our customers.


We are a customer-oriented organisation for which we are always offering high quality and price competitive products. Our products are first checked by our technicians in our factory laboratory for hygine and quality control with latest hygine and quality control methods. And, they are then further checked and approved by the Cyprus Veterinary Department.
Our products are backed by ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.
 

LOCAL MARKET
With 39 years of professional experience, we are the leaders of the local (Cyprus) dairy market.
The factory has a fleet of 17 vans for the delivery of its products to 743 points covering all the main cities of Cyprus on daily basis.
 
 
EXPORTS
We have been exporting our traditional Cyprus Halloumi Cheese and Turkish Cheddar Cheese to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Turkey with a target of exporting to other Gulf countries soon with the guarantee of its high quality, competitive prices, strict hygiene standards, consistency, expertise in production and comittment to customer satisfaction.
