Typokomeia Peristeronas is a family owned, family run business specializing in the production of Real Halloumi Cheese. Typokomeia Peristeronas have a private Goat farm supplying us all our milk and our own factory in Peristeronas, just outside Nicosia. Our Halloumi is only made in accordance with traditional and authentic Cypriot recipes and methodologies, thus guaranteeing a superior genuine quality product. All products are manufactured in accordance with European Community Standards and Regulations. Export product is vaccum packed and easily transported throughout Europe, North America, Canada and other countries. Production capacity available for export is 5000kg per month. In addition to Halloumi we also specialize in Goat Anari and also offer a grated cheese selection.
