Plunger Tip Lubricant (Shot Beads) for Cold Chamber Die Casting

dry-formed plunger lubricant designed as a high performance substitute to traditional oil-based lubricants for the sleeve and plunger tip of cold chamber aluminium and magnesium die casting machines. It is capable of increasing shot velocities and extending tip and sleeve life. It minimize carbon built-up in comparison with traditional oil-based plunger lubricants, improves cleanliness of die cavities and machines and provides less porosity.
