TMC Poland design and delivers complete automatic/robotic systems and sells equipment for a variety of industrial processes, such as - industrial lasers for cladding, TMC Polandlding and cutting, equipment for plasma welding or spraying, PTA, HVOF. We assist our partners with processes development for various coating and repair applications, starting with market analysis, equipment selection, system design, production set-up and training. For these processes we also supply consumables- powders, wires electrodes, rods. Our manufacturing offer includes special coating deposition and component rep air/regeneration. Examples of parts processed by TMC include: Automotive valves and valve seats (cars, trucks, motorcycles, locomotives, chips), Gate valves, Wear plates, Bushings, Screws & cylinder for injection molding machines and extruders, Cutting tools, cutting tool edges, Pivots, Steel-mill Rolls, Repair of defects in new and worn components - casting defects or mechanical damage Repair and corrosion protection of Mg-alloy parts, incl.
